TRAINING Canter trainee normal training time is 2-4 weeks when he can effectively operate the canters on his own. 4 weeks for individuals who show constant improvement but are taking longer to catch on to the entirety of the job. Improvement needs to be continuous: The canter position is a position where the operator should always be striving to improve and become more effective and knowledgeable in all aspects of their job. The canter is the highest paid job station in the mill because there are numerous responsibilities and skills required to do the job – because of this the operator will always have aspects of their job they need to improve upon! |
