OPERATOR ATTITUDE Maintains a positive attitude - the canter operator is the most frequent user of the radio and requires the most assistance and support from utility, supervisor, QC and maintenance in order to do his/her job effectively. Because of this the canter operator is most responsible for setting the tone of the crew and for how much everyone is willing to assist the canter operator. Maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude is key and helps make it better for everyone in the mill. Must be able to clearly communicate on radio.
