REPEAT ISSUES The canter operator recognizes repeat issues and communicates those to supervisor and utility to check. Recognizes and remembers what creates situations/issues and offers assistance in trouble shooting: Example: Cants stopping in TBL 3 – canter operator informs supervisor/maintenance that this has occurred before due to pressure switch, prox on feed rolls, blown fuse, etc.
