TRANSFER DECK OFF UNSCRAMBLER

Identify wrong length boards and wrong sized boards being fed over unscrambler to stacker transfers and ensure they are not piled in lift.

Identify broken boards and ensure they do not advance to tier generator.

Identify that boards are not doubled up or on edge going into tier generator.

Identify that tier generator is generating correct number of boards per tier.
